Responsibilities:

• Assist the FP&A and strategy team to formulate company wide objectives and identify and analyse business initiatives to achieve these objectives
• Prepare monthly financial reports to present to senior management, working with FP&A and finance department
• Consolidation of quarterly forecast and annual budgeting for submission
• Incorporate business plans from different projects into long term financial plan
• Develop and present financial models/ scenarios and business plans to senior management 
• Assist process alignment across operations globally to drive visibility (business intelligence tool and dashboards)
• Participate in performing analysis of operational and financial impact of potential partnerships, transactions, and investments (e.g., return on investment, valuation)
• Provide analytic support in planning and all aspects of deal execution, including identification, assessment, diligence, negotiations, and closing
• Cultivate external relationships and be involved in discussions with outside stakeholders including lawyers, bankers, and potential business partners or investors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Preferred education focus on economics, finance or other quantitatively oriented majors
• 2+ years of business experience in FP&A or corporate finance position
• Highly responsible and organized and a motivated self-starter with high attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Capable of applying the 80/20 rule to accomplish tasks on time with incomplete data
• Desire to work in an dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak Cantonese will be a plus
• High or advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint; experience with reporting tools preferred
