Responsibilities:

• Handle full set accounting duties independently on a timely basis;
• Prepare Month-End Closing, Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Budget report;
• Prepare payroll, petty cash and assigned admin duties;
• Handle daily payment functions;
• Prepare daily accounting entries,inter company bank balance reconciliation;
• Prepare bank remittance and payment (outdoor work occasionally);
• Accounting related data entry and filing;
• Directly report to Manager;

Requirements:

• 3-5 years full set accounting practical experience;
• Candidates with Degree/ Higher Diploma in Accounting;
• Experienced candidates with less academic backgrounds will be considered;
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and related accounting system (Peachtree preferable);
• Result- oriented, hard-working and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Minimum supervision and fast learner;
• Immediate available is preferred;
