Job Description

Applications are invited to join the Human Resources function of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The appointee will be responsible for providing all rounded Human Resources services and to deliver strategic HR initiatives. Key accountabilities include:

 

  • Provide one-stop HR solutions to client departments in areas such as organisation development & restructuring, manpower & succession planning, talent development and cultural change management
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives including the enhancement of communication channels and related materials
  • Propose HR policy changes as a result of changing legislation or business needs
  • Conduct regular health-checks to ensure that the HR policies are fully complied with
  • Review and recommend changes to the HR processes to achieve high efficiency & effectiveness
  • Lead and provide support to other ad hoc HR projects and cross Business Group projects / initiatives
  • Contribute to safety and health efforts of the business group by designing health surveillance programs and joining safety management committees

 

Requirements :

  • A recognized Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • A seasoned Human Resources professional with at least 8 years’ relevant experience
  • Fully conversant with the labour legislations inHong Kong
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Performance driven and be able to work under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Professional Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification

 

The employment terms would be on permanent or 24-month contract basis depending on candidate’s qualification and experience.
