Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of Group Finance
• Oversee debt collection and credit control functions of different regions that include the review of aging reports and the identification of potential risks
• Communicate with local finance team of different regions to update the payment status
• Prepare various reports & analysis to support management decisions and report the debt collection status of different regions
• Monitor credit and collection policies and procedures are properly adhered
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or degree holder in accounting/finance
• Minimum 6 years' solid experience in credit management, experience in manufacturing industry/PRC is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting system
• Strong leadership skill, communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind, detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
