Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare AR and AP aging reports and contact customers for payments
• Prepare cash flow report on regularly basis
• Prepare BS & PL schedules, sales & cost statement, product mix analysis,
• Reconcile inter-company transactions, arrange fund transfer
• Handle order processing & shipment for specific key accounts.
• Close communicate with affiliated Companies in Overseas.

Qualifications:

• Holder of Diploma in accounting or above
• Preferable with minimum 5 years working experience in accounting or auditing field
• Capable of handling full-set of accounts
• Preferable with SAP accounting system
• Good command of English and Mandarin , Proficiency in Putonghua is also an advantage
• Sound PC skills – Word, Excel & Chinese WP
• Strong senses of responsibility, hard working and able to work under pressure
• Able to meet tight deadline
