Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties for various HR functions and activities including annual exercises of schools, as well as programme and projects of the Personnel Section;
  • render administrative support to screen and counter check the documents handled by the clerical staff in relation to appointment/promotion/cessation matters and committee meetings, as well as coordinate the related staff team;
  • collect and collate data/statistics/HR information relating to personnel functions and manpower position of schools for analysis and reporting by supervisors;
  • provide logistic support and perform coordination work for briefing session and adhoc projects; and
  • handle general enquiries and assist in general office duties.

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Higher Diploma/Associate Degree preferably in Human Resources Management;
  • preferably with experience in human resources administration;
  • good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office; and
  • proficient in both Chinese and English language.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
