Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Answering general enquiries and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
Provide general administrative and secretarial support
Handle office and pantry supplies
Manage meeting room booking systems
Requirements:
Degree in Management / Business / Language or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
Experienced in dealing with professional and administrative staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing applications
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Well‐organized, self‐motivated, detail‐minded, committed and be a team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Possession of knowledge and experience in event management would be an advantage
