The Role:

We are now looking for a talented Education Advisor to provide and demonstrate product training for hair care customers and build relationship with customers to develop and drive the Shiseido Professional business. He/ she will also coordinate workshops and seminars and to deliver hair care training programs. 

Reports to: Senior Manager - Education

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality education program and activity in accordance with brand direction and guidelines
• Implement and execute product training, demonstration and classroom training for professional hair care customers
• Build and maintain rapport with customers for achieving brand objectives and develop business opportunities
• Deliver product presentation and training in relation to trend, product knowledge, presentation and competitor information
• Regular customer visit to provide consistent customer education service
• Manage and handle customer enquiries in relation to product application and usage.
• Organize workshop & seminar for customer and participate in professional hair care training programs
• Prepare product testing and analysis

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 2 years training experience in professional hair care industry
• Experience in hair treatment and/or product training is highly preferred
• A team player, self-motivated and can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage;
• Passionate, outgoing, positive thinking and have a sense of beauty
