Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries hotline;
• Provide quick response to customer enquiries and complaints;
• Perform clerical support and any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE, or in the HKCEE or equivalent;
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English;
• Conversant with the application of computer software : Microsoft Word and Excel;
• 30 w.p.m in English and Chinese typing;
• 5.5 working days per week is required.
