Our client is a famous FMCG retailer group in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all round of HR functions including store staff recruitment, employee relations and attendance & leave administration
• Identify and implement Recruitment Strategies
• Work closely with line managers to understand operational needs
• Build and maintain Employer Branding
• Prepare regular HR reports
• Handle ad-hoc HR related projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid HR experience in MNC, preferably gained in Retail / FMCG industry
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
• Able to deal with people from different levels
• Detail-oriented, independent and a good team player
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive / Human Resources Specialist
