Our Client
A leading financial services institution is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join their team in Hong Kong. This person will be a key player of the Global Human Resources team, with a primary focus on all Compensation & Benefits-related
matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and safeguard compensation policies;
- Provide C&B advice to senior management, alongside salary bench-marking and other C&B projects;
- Closely monitor the market trends, constantly improve the effectiveness of the C&B system;
- Lead various C&B initiatives and participate in various C&B projects;
- Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, HR, or other related disciplines is highly preferred;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience;
- Preferably Regional exposure within Asia Pacific;
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills;
- Meticulous and steadfast execution in a fast-paced environment.
