Our client, a listed System Integrator enterprise is now recruiting IT Support / IT Operation / Support Engineer talents in their infrastructure teams for some governmental projects based in Tsuen Wan Area and Wan Chai Area.

Responsibilities

• System supports and project implementation.
• Monitor the healthiness of systems
• Responsible for planning upgrade and rollout for servers, database and systems
• Provide general IT helpdesk support.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT or a equivalent discipline
• 2 - 6 years system support experience in Linux / Unix server and system. More experience will be considered as Senior System Specialist / Senior Operation Specialist
• Experience on Cloud projects / Data-Center would be a plus but not necessary
• Responsible, self motivated, flexible and with detailed mind
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Shift work is required for some IT Operation / IT Support positions
