Job Responsibilities:

• Provide counter services at agency service centre in response to agents’ enquiries and requests related to AO daily operation
• Handle and reply agents’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner to enhance satisfaction through email, pruchat, etc
• Arrange follow up action, prepare log reports in order to maintain TAT service standard
• Assist Central AMD in preparing reports and correspondence, PowerPoint, etc to provide standardize back up support to zone AMDs
• Communicate and coordinate with different functions to maintain a harmonious relationship to enhance agency service team’s efficiency and effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service field is a must
• Working experience in insurance company is preferable
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• High proficiency in Mandarin is a must
• Word processing, Excel and Word Processing of Chinese, Powerpoint
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
