Their business mainly focused on Food service.

Job Description

- Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, staff relations, etc.
- Handle payroll, MPF, tax return, medical claims, staff data records
- Managing the process of payroll, tax filing, MPF administration and group medical insurance scheme, etc.
- Compile HR related reports.
- Maintain all HR employee records / paperwork, ensuring the HR employee files contain all appropriate and accurate information at all times and as legally required
- Handle any administration duties
- Ad hoc duties assigned

Person specification

- At least 3 years in HR experience
- Communication level of English
- N2 level or above of Japanese
- Good command of MS Office
- AP software experience is an advantage
- Good communication skill, detail minded
