Job Description
Our client is a well known listed company, stable and optimistic business demonstrating a record of success. Currently looking for a HR Manager / Senior HR Manager (Total Rewards) to join their high performing team.
About the Role
*You will be responsible to develop, deliver and monitor C&B programs and initiatives including but not limited to salary review, performance management, job evaluation and pay structure review, review and formulate group HR strategies, bonus scheme and incentives programs etc.
*Conduct research, collect market data and prepare data analysis, manage and prepare regular reporting in accordance to business needs
*Review, update HR policies and procedures, to ensure the implementation is in compliance with group policies and legislation requirements
*Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
About the People
*Bachelor degree Holder in HRM or related disciplines
*At least 8-9 years of experiences in related field, preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies
*Personality-wise: Flexible, good time management and able to handle multi-tasks with good communication skills
*Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*Candidates with PRC exposure is highly preferred
*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior HR Manager
