Reporting to the Project Manager, here’s what you get to do:

• vet the applications for funding of R&D projects;
• monitor the technical & financial aspects of R&D projects;
• provide secretarial & logistic support for project meetings;
• undertake project administrative tasks such as preparing project updates and reports;
• work closely with R&D researchers and specialists in various institutions;
• support other functions including business development, IP and information management; and
• perform other duties as assigned.

To be considered, here’s what you need:

• a degree in Textiles and Clothing, Chemistry, Engineering or Systems Administration;
• two or more years of working experience in R&D, textile/fashion, testing or development;
• organized, capable of working under pressure and curious;
• good communication skills.

An initial 2-year contract will be offered to the successful candidate of the post. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
