Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder
• 4-5 years relevant experience in serving senior executives
• Prior exposure in handling personal and family matters is required
• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good communication skills
• Prioritize, well-organized, dynamics and sense of responsibilities
• Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Director on both personal and family matters
• Handle calendar management and arrange daily schedules & appointments
• Responsible for travel arrangement, hotel & flight booking and visa application
• Provide support on school matters coordination and scheduling activities for kids
• Participate in contract renewal and job assignment for domestic helpers & drivers
