Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support on day to day operations including procurement, budget and financial processes, coordination as well as training courses.
  
• Assisting in recruitment logistics and handling leave record
  
• Assist in meeting coordination, IT documentation, data entry and reporting as well as  handling of general enquiries

Requirement Qualification:

• Minimum Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in HR or related discipline; degree holder an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
• Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Ability to work independently with good time management
• Proactive, meticulous and attention to details
