Job Descriptions:

• Perform research and analysis according to business needs and provide solutions or advice for the problems identified
• Compile HR analytic reports and dashboard for management review
• Participate in various compensation surveys for data collection and analysis to ensure that our compensation package is competitive to the market
• Responsible for regular incentive and bonus analysis
• Support compensation and benefits administration
• Provide support to ad-hoc projects / reporting as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HRM or related discipline with a minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
