Job Description

Our client is a reputable Group with branch offices and now is URGENTLY seeking for the following position:

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At lease 8 years' experience in office administration with 5 years' in supervisory level, preferably with branch offices administration
  • Good leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of administrative staff to provide administrative support to Group Offices
  • Oversee Group Administration operations including procurement, inventory control, office equipment maintenance, insurance, Group offices renovation and relocation, tenancy contracts and license review and renewal, etc.
  • Develop and implement group administration policies and procedures and keep reviewing and updating
  • Monitor the administration team and ensure all projects are running smoothly and delivered in a great service level
