Job Description

About the Role
*Manage, design and deliver learning and development solutions in accordance with business performance needs
*Liaise and partner with line managers or key stakeholders on a regular basis to understand their talent development needs to drive the best training solutions
*Conduct training needs analysis and provide resolution and develop efficient training plans
*Perform ad- hoc projects as assigned
About the People
*Degree in HRM/ Business Administration or other related disciplines
*At least 8-10 years of solid experiences in related field, preferably experiences gained from the financial/ banking sector
*Candidates with experiences in set-up role is highly preferred
*Strategic mindset and hands-on, excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with different stakeholders
*Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
*Candidates with less experiences will be considered as L&D Manager
