Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support in coordinating all rounded recruitment activities, C&B and staff relations functions
- Process various staff application including but not limited to leave administration, reimbursement, monitoring employees’ licenses renewal
- Assist in organizing company activities, recruitment fair to promote employer branding and deepen internal values;
- Handle employee relations and implement welfare policies to enhance employee engagement and operational guidelines to align with corporate strategies
- Perform daily clerical support and system documentation for Personnel Department
- Support any other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in property industry or sizable companies
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Able to handle multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, mature, well-organized, with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
