Job Description
Job duties
- To handle all administrative, executive, office support, staff supervision, liaison and logistical support work
- To carry out liaison work with various service units
- To handle all public enquiries and complaints
- To collate and prepare daily statistics
- To perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of both Chinese and English (CRE - Level 2 / HKAL - Grade C / HKDSE - Level 5)
- Good knowledge of computer application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Be versatile with sound analytical and project management skills
- Shift duty is required
