We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join the Organization and Talent Development, Internal Communication Team of Human Resources - CLP Power.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, the successful candidate will work with the team to formulate and implement various strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with line managers, other HR teams and training service providers to develop and implement new talent development programmes
• Explore and create collaboration opportunities with a variety of entities (e.g. NGOs, community organisation, businesses of the new economy, etc.) to broaden the exposure and widen the learning of talents
• Develop tailored sets of comprehensive learning and development programmes to accelerate talent development and build readiness for the next roles
• Conduct analysis and support the development of a future-ready career development roadmap to enable practical and fit-for-purpose learning and development

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management / Training / Psychology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience with a sizeable organization; experience in managing and liaising with training service providers is essential
• A Professional Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Performance driven and be able to work under pressure
• Well-organized and with good analytical and numerical capability
• Proficient in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• The 2-year employment contract is subject to renewal based on performance and business need.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Specialist.
