Job Description

- Maintenance of internal environment and facilities, document management, business trip arrangement management, interpretation and translation (Japanese, Chinese, English)
- Support for Japanese business person
- Business Trip to Shenzhen & Dongguan 3~4/year (daily trip)
- Ad-hoc work as needed
- Performance-related reporting

Person specification

- At least 2 years experience in HR & Admin field
- Familiar with Word & Excel
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese
