Responsibilities:

• Working with the Leadership Team to create and implement a culture and the Yapily values
• Set up HR processes across areas including onboarding and performance management
• Manage probation process by supporting team leaders to progress new team members through their probation period
• Benefits & pension administration
• Implement internal training programs
• Provide regular reporting on HR metrics to help inform business decisions including on organisational structure
• Maintaining relationships with hiring managers across the business.
• Design, implement, roll out and manage annual appraisal processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant work experience from Chinese financial service
• Experience setting and developing a culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
