The Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative services to the Project Manager & project team, and performing ad hoc assignments as designated. 

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate with formal secretarial training or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ secretarial experience and preferably in construction related industry
• Well-organized, initiative, good time management, and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
