Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the team;
• Handle customer hotlines and complaints;
• Liaise and communicate with sub-contractors to follow up the work orders completion;
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HK Certificate of Education Examination, or HKDSE or equivalent;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• 30 w.p.m in Chinese and English typing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in spoken Cantonese and English.
