Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of office administration duties;
• Handle office facilities management, fitting out, repair and maintenance issues;
• Monitor and manage license and vehicles insurance renewal matters;
• Manage vendors performance to ensure cost effectiveness;
• Establish and implement administration and procurement policies and guidelines to ensure smooth operations;
• Assist in organizing Company activities;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

• University graduate in the fields of business administration or related disciplines;
• At least 6 years of experience in facilities management field is a must;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Proficiency with PC software – MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
