Responsibilities:

• Assist in bank financing management, fund raising and loan documentation;
• Responsible for treasury functions, fund administration and cash management ;
• Assist in the analytical group finance reporting including regular cash flow projections, budget and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in bank financing and loan documentation;
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
• With minimum 2-4 years working experience in auditing, banking or treasury functions ;
• Professional accountants with ACCA/CIMA/HKICPA or equivalent qualification an advantage;
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation, regulations and operations an advantage;
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, especially financial analysis, commentaries;
• Familiar with MS Office especially Word, Excel & Powerpoint;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
