Responsibilities: 

• Lead information security analysts to evaluate, test, and validate software and / or IT services
• Guide the deployment of IT controls to meet the relevant IT security requirements.
• Execute processes and standards to ensure that security configurations and controls are maintained.
• Responsible for evaluating, executing, monitoring and reporting for technology risk assessment activities.
• Perform security health checks to identify noncompliance of configurations with established baselines and provide recommendations to resolve deficiencies.
• Leverage available reports and dashboards to investigate improper access, violations and anomalies.
• Responsible for enhancing the Bank's IT risk control methodology.
• Evaluate, maintain and monitor the Bank's IT operation to comply with technology policy, standards, processes and procedures.
• Provide preventive measures and practical recommendations to senior management regarding operational risk / audit related event within IT department.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT governance and IT control effectiveness.
• Develop information security awareness programme in the IT Department and the Bank at large.
