The Job:

• To support the front office on daily operations and on project development especially on new products
• To monitor all mandated, processed and completed deals to ensure these are followed up, properly booked and recorded in the system
• To work closely with other BUs and agreed the fee split before raising the OA
• To prepare variously monthly reports for reporting
• Prepare monthly BU profit forecast and analysis
• To assist LCM in deal closing and post closing portfolio management
• Any other ad hoc reports requested by management

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in financial industry
• At least 5 years' experience in IBD and/or structural product is a plus
• Exposure in loan capital markets or IBD is highly preferred
• Experience in writing Chinese reports is required
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical mind and good time management skills; able to work independently and as a team with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong PowerPoint skills is required; exposure to various accounting software will be an advantage
• Prefer work experience with investment bank trading desk / private equity firm back / middle office
