Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist team lead in managing product sourcing and due diligence
• Assist team lead in engaging in product distribution strategy and after-sales support services
• Assist team lead to maintain close relationships with product issuers and work out products tailored for company's clients
• Assist team lead to develop initiatives to drive businesses and company income by conducting market and competitor analyses
• Assist team lead to compile financial management reports for business performance monitoring and budgeting if needed
• Prepare relevant training materials and conduct internal trainings for staffs

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration from reputable universities preferred
• Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in product platform set-up and product due diligences, across funds, bonds and structured products
• Possession of excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent team player with a strong mindset of flexibility, cooperativeness and independence
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Possession of SFC Type 4 and/or Type 5 license preferred
