Our client is a large local bank that hiring a Project Manager for their Operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and drive changes for Business Transformation, Digitalization, Product Capability Enablement front-to-back, Regulatory/FCR and policy compliance to meet Business goals and priorities.
• Deliver Design-Led change adopting Transformation Lifecycle. Support Target Operating Model design, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and realize business valu
• Provide internal consultancy services for new service / product initiation, and thematic study
• Orchestrate stakeholders including Business, Operations, Finance, Risk, IT, Legal, Compliance and Group to ensure effective project implementation
• Actively monitor the project to meet the target schedule, scope and budget
• Foster a high performance culture and continuous improvement mindset

Requirement

• University graduate in Global Business, Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering or related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in project management, preferably with good knowledge in global banking and markets, treasury products or traded risk and finance areas.
• Experience in managing large-scale, front-to-back, regulatory / compliance projects will be an advantage.
• Excellent project management skills, communication skills, strength in analysis and problem solving
