Key responsibilities

• Establish, retain and deepen relationships with branch target customers to achieve business goals
• Address customers’ financial needs through delivery of suitable retail banking products to prospective customers
• Ensure transactions are conducted in compliance with the bank’s credit control standards and operations procedures
• Maintain proper security controls in compliance with established policies to ensure safety and security of the bank’s and customer’s assets
• Ensure operational integrity and safeguard the bank from loss through providing oversight on all regulatory and compliance matters and internal controls, including operational risk
• Develop staff and promote teamwork to optimize productivity

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years of solid experience in branch and sales role
• Good leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and support teamwork
• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and branch operational procedures
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Posesses professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
