• Single senior management point of contact for Ops function - Customer Approval Department (CAD), Payment Approval Department (PAD) and Global Bank Transfer Department (GBT)
• Establish operational framework and guidelines on managed operations related policies for the efficient functioning and collaboration between CAD, PAD and GBT
• Drives continuous improvement through training initiatives and process improvements
• Assist to oversee the procedures and process, including the writing, updating, distribution, and re-engineering of all documentation
• Lead and ensure the successful deployment (flows and systems) of projects and implementation for the region.
• Accountable as a Line of Defense (LOD) Process Owner (PO) for managed functional areas and appropriate Risk controls, identification, mitigation and reporting metrics
• Ensure the localization of the Ops platform to meet local counties needs, e.g. China Region, North Asia, SEA, India, South Asia and Australia
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the managed functions team leaders.    
• Manage each managed function’s daily performance and execution.
• Manage resources planning and participate in recruitment process
• Manage each function’s well-being and engagement along with their life cycle, support by HRBP.
• Localize, align and synchronize across and with OPS functions in Israel

Have you accomplished this kind of qualification? 

• University degree in Business Management, Information Management, or related disciplines, candidates with multi-disciplines a plus
• Minimal 7 years of working experience relating to data & analytics
• Excellent in English - MUST
• Excellent Chinese and other language skills is a plus
• Excellent internal communication skills
• Strong influencing skills internally & externally
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Able to work in HK with valid visa such as dependent / IANG visa or Permanent Resident in HK, we can also provide visa sponsorship if required.
• Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal
• Able to work under pressure with time constraint
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
