Key Responsibilities

• Daily validation and monitoring of Asian capital market transactions and payment to ensure all operations activities are in compliance with HKMA regulatory requirements and the internal guidelines
• Provide regional support to ensure timely processing and payment for multiple range of products such as FXMM, Treasury Derivatives and FICC products
• Proactively assist to investigate and resolve clients’ enquiries on operations related issues through liaison with related Front to Back office team and counterparties
• Prepare periodic report to management for internal control and monitoring

Requirement

• Diploma holder with 5 years or above relevant Treasury operations or FX/MM payment experience gained from international financial institutions/banks
• Sound working knowledge in SWIFT and RTGS
• Good understanding of HKMA and local regulations
• Good computing proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
