A leading Chinese holding company is hiring a senior legal manager with private investment and fixed income experience.

Responsibilities：

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise agreements, legal contracts and legal documents;
• Handle day-to-day legal issues, provide legal advisory services on corporate business affairs matters including fund prospectus, investment management agreement, service agreement, etc;
• Provide legal advice and support in relation to the establishment, structuring and restructuring, due diligence and management of different types of funds;
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and statutory regulations;
• Identify and analyse legal risks and advise on related risk mitigation;
• Provide legal support on ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements：

• Strong academics Law degree or equivalent;
• Qualified lawyer preferred;
• Self-motivated and detail oriented and able to work independently;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team;
• Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin is required for this position;
• Good organization, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
