Responsibilities:- 

• Supervise a small team
• Prepare / review facility letter, loan agreements and collateral documents including non-standard documentation
• Loan administration and operation support for private banking
• Ensure duly execution of loan documentations and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Perform CDD review on credit customers
• Maintain loan data and limit to mainframe systems
• Preparation of credit and loans related reports for local and head office
  
• Co-ordinate with frontline units for providing prestigious services to our customers 

Requirements:-

• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 5 year experience in Banking, preferably in Loan Documentation Department.
• Responsible, hard work, and willing to learn.
• Well-versed in computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel.
• Proficient in Chinese and English word processing.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Passed in HKSI 1 examination would be an advantage 
• Less experience will also considered as Officer/ Assitant Manager
