Job Duties: 

• Client's account documentation (liaising with various parties, check and follow up for documentation completion);
• General customer service (answering calls, attending to client queries);
• Handling operational and administrative tasks;
• Facilitate marketing materials. 

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome;
• Fluent spoken and written in BOTH English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Proficient in using MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, along with good and accurate typing skills;
• Works efficiently in fast-paced environment;
• Immediately available candidate highly preferred.
