Responsibilities

• Provide support and testing on Security Alarm system, ie Patriot system, DVR CMS, Access Control system and Safe KABA lock
• Servers Routine Health check
• Back-up all Company Data under IT responsibility.
• Conduct routines Windows update, Virus Definition.
• Undertake necessary action in support of the Company’s Network Infrastructure.
• Update all Computer Name, IP Address, gateway information and Network Equipment records.
• Fix Computer problem and other peripherals
• Spot checking of all software installation in the company and make sure there is no illegal software installed.
• Update Network drawing to represent the current layout.
• Support and Make sure all the workstation, Server inside Control Room are in good condition.
• Maintain and Update the Workstation and Server’s Disaster Recovery Plan Procedure.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head or Administration Manager.

Education/Qualification:

• High Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Computer related discipline, and Computer Certificate of MCP, MCSE is an advantage.
• 1-2 yrs relevant experience on security system
• Main Skill  : Server maintenance experience in Window Server, Active Directory and trouble shooting, Network LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Operating Systems : MS Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7, MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix
• Email Systems: Knowledge of DNS configurations., MX record, SMTP and IMAP setting
• Networking: Experiences in Router/ Switch Configuration, TCP/IP knowledge. DHCP, wireless network
• Others: MS Office, especially, Outlook, basic concepts on Telephone systems, office automation etc..
• Good communication (verbal & written) skills in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Travel to PRC and elsewhere as required.
