Responsibilities:

lAnswer and handle customer enquiries timely and tactfully, and handle account opening procedure

lResponsible for releasing information and customers' interaction on social media platforms, including Wechat, Weibo and forums from time to time

lDeliver quality customer services including trading platform problem, trade processing issue, follow up and handling complaints in professional manner

lMaintain relationship with existing and potential customers

lPerform daily operations

lAssist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

lNo cold calling and outbound customer services are required

l處理及解答客戶查詢或問題, 處理開戶程式

l定期在社交媒體或平台上，包括微信、微博、論壇等發表信息及與客戶進行通信

l提供客戶服務，包括解答貿易平台遇見問題，交易問題，處理及跟進客戶投訴

l開發公司新客戶，促使客戶進行開戶、注資、交易

l維持與現有和潛在客戶的關係

l執行日常工作

l幫助解決突發事件或任務

l不涉及Cold-calling和外出客戶推廣工作

Requirements:

lPost-secondary or above with 1 year of experience in Finance or business related disciplines

lHolder of SFC license for Type 1 and / or Type 2 regulated activitiesare preferred

lFluent in Cantonese, fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage

lCandidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Supervisor

l大專或以上學歷，具有1年金融或與商業相關學科的經驗。

l持有證監會1號及/或2號牌照優先考慮

l粵語流利，普通話流利是優勢

l具有高級客戶服務官/客戶服務主管經驗
