About Our Client

Due to the expansion plan of commercial banking clients, we are seeking  experienced Relationship Manager Trainers to join our Banking Training Business Unit.

Position 1 : RM Trainers, Relationship Management, Retail Banking

Position 2 :  Branch Trainers, Sales Management, Retail Banking

Position 2 :  RM Trainers, Corporate Banking

Job Description

• Design the framework of the RM training programmes for Retail Banking / Corporate Banking
  
• Develop the Sales Management Training Programmes for Relationship Managers including soft skills and technical skills with real case study
• Deliver classroom training for the Branch Sales Management Programmes and RM Programmes with tutorial, group discussion, role play, real case study, etc.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Banking, Business, Economics or the equivalent
• 8 years or above as SRM in Retail Banking / Corporate Banking, experience as Branch Manager an advantage.
  
• Experience in teaching or training an advantage
• Familiar with the HKMA regulatory requirements
• Familiar with the banking products & services
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• This is a Part-time Project Base Job
