(Bond Trading) Investment Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential bond investment opportunities (for both primary and secondary market) from banks and Exchange markets;
• Devise bond investment plan and overall bond investment strategy, and come up with competitive financial products, ie fixed-income product;
• Handle bond investment project including product design, due diligence, credit risk assessment;
• Liaise and coordinate with banks, intermediaries, project teams; 
• Conduct Post-trade management;
• Conduct market research and prepare analysis report

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum of five years’ work experience in bond primary and secondary market
• Able to work independently in designing bond investment strategy
• Proficient in Bloomberg and MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of bond market and relevant law & regulations of Hong Kong and PRC
• Fluent Mandarin is preferable
• Strong sense of responsibility with good work ethic
• Familiar with Hong Kong capital market and strong financing ability
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

(债券交易)      投资经理   

工作职责：             

• 从银行和交易所寻找和筛选潜在的债券投资机会（一级和二级市场）；         
• 制定债券投资计划和总体債券投资战略，设计具有竞争力的固定收类金融产品；            
• 管理债券投资项目，包括产品设计、尽职调查、信用风险评估等；           
• 与银行、券商、公募等机构保持联络和协调；             
• 进行交易后管理；             
• 进行市场调研并编制分析报告。 

岗位要求：             

• 会计、数学、统计、经济学、金融或相关专业本科或以上学历；             
• 至少五年债券一级和二级市场工作经验；      
• 能独立设计债券投资战略；
• 精通彭博和MS Office应用程序；             
• 熟悉香港和国内的债券市场及相关法律法规；       
• 普通话流利者优先；       
• 具有强烈的责任感和良好的职业道德；          
• 熟悉香港资金市场，融资能力比较强；
• 具有较强的人际交往和沟通能力的团队合作者。
