Responsibilities

Experience in developing a software and knowledge of the wealth management application and interface with customers on problems that require an indepth knowledge, design and implementation.

Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with SDLC and Agile Approach

Demonstrated ability to supervise the team to achieve outcome through the time management and budget control .
Requirement

10 years or above relevant experience with solid experience in Development bank. Experience in working a Chinese bank, especially in Shanghai is an advantages.

Fluency in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese is an advantage.

Motivates mentors and encourages staff to improve performance and develop professionally.

Willing travel to mainland China
