Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy
• Lead cross-departmental projects to review end to end processes and provide solutions to business partners to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead project manager to conduct departmental level studies / projects to improve operating efficiency
• Ordinate and promote the operational optimization at personal banking
• Facilitate transformation at branch network and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational cost
• Drive and monitor progress of innovative and transformational projects
• Participate at regional process transformation
• Conduct and monitor relevant training programs to improve operational performance and efficiency, in order to enhance the quality standard on both management and operation staff
• Prepare reporting of initiative status to Senior Management

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Finance/ Fintech or related discipline is preferred
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in the banking industry, specifically in strategy planning and project management areas
• Experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific are preferable
• Six Sigma Black Belt/ Lean Master is preferable
• Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Familiar with computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and able to set up Excel macros is an advantage
• Flexible and adaptive to changes
