Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs, objectives, processes and requirements of Consultancy projects
• Produce detailed requirements documents and requirements traceability matrices
• Coordinate with in-house technology teams or external service providers to ensure that requirements are met
• Represent the department to liaise with relevant parties to provide updates on the status of projects in progress, and ensure project deliverables related to Consultancy Development Department are accomplished within the required time frames
• Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency

 Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance and financial industry, with solid experiences in agency projects
• Initiative, mature, with effective interpersonal and influencing capabilities
• Strong capabilities in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented
• Strong business acumen, detail-minded, and flexible
• Conversant in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Candidates who possess PMP professional qualifications will have advantage
