RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect user requirements for e-banking service and operations
• Participate in UAT planning, preparation and execution
• Ensure project activities and deliverables adhere to banking guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in banking operations
• Basic knowledge in retail banking and digital banking
• Good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
