Job Responsibilities:

1. Focus on Industrial Investment, be responsible for related strategic plans set-up and implementation;
2. Select proper channels to explore overseas projects and own oversights in the progress, lead the team to identify related investment opportunities;
3. In charge of business analysis and evaluation in related market segmentations; set up proper targets and build up resource for future success;
4. Focusing on long-term well interactions with key partners, coaching the team on projects implementation, be responsible on results delivery and quality control in the whole process;
5. Responsible for International Financing business for stakeholders.
   
   

Job Requirement:

1. Both Chinese and English resumes are required;
2. Bachelor degree or above in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or other related majors;
3. Working experience in Hong Kong traditional financial segment is required (Bank, Securities Company, Insurance Company etc.), familiar with overseas capital markets and related industries, have successful cases of overseas mergers and acquisitions or investments;
4. Living or work experience in mainland China will be an advantage, and having passion to work in Industrial Investment;
5. With clear vision on capital managements and potential developments; good connections with key stakeholders, related networks and working teams; hold solid customer base, master channels and resources;
6. With sharp insights, clear mind-sets, logical thinking, adaptabilities and good communications skills.
