Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm
- Oversee daily operation including dealing, settlement, execution and customer service
- Comply with regulatory rules and requirements and fulfill all compliance responsibilities as required
- Review and update internal control and procedures
Requirements
- Current SFC Type 1&2 Responsible Officer License holder
- Preferred experienced licensed, Rep will also be considered
- Strong relevant experience will be considered
- Solid knowledge of SFC regulations and guidelines
- Familiar with the business environment in Mainland China
- Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
- Good command of English. Mandarin speaker is a must.
- Immediate availability is preferable
